I love my job. This session stared a little rough with me getting all turned around in Hudson, WI but once I found our location (with help), I had such fun playing with 7 year old Evan. I have such a good time taking photos and getting to know my clients. Working doing something a love and something I am passionate amount is not a thing I take for granted. I am very thankful. I wouldn’t be able to do this without all of my wonderful clients who choose me to take their portraits. Thank you. And an even bigger thank you to those of you who pass my name on to your friends and family; you are the people that keep me in business.
Without further adieu, here is a preview from my most recent session, Evan. He and his family are moving from Hudson, WI and his mom, Missy, thought it would be a good idea to have his portraits taken in Hudson before they leave the city–great idea! We had great light and the rain held off until the last minutes of our session. Thanks Missy and Evan (and Evan’s dad for helping me find my way)!

…ok, not really but Katy and Ty both work in aviation. Ty is a pilot and Katy is a flight attendant. Ty and I have been friends for years and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Katy over that last year. What a great couple. Here are my faves from their engagement session. These photos are of Tim and my friends, Pat and Kate. They are a wonderful couple who are expecting a little addition in just a few weeks time. Tim and I could not be happier for them; they will be fabulous parents! They nicknamed their baby bump Snuffy after Snuffaluffagus, the androgynous Sesame Street character, as they are waiting to find out if their little one will be a he or a she.
